So glad you are here! It is NEVER too late to take a step toward being healthier. My advice would be to take BABY STEPS. Don't expect to do too much too soon. It's all about making healthy choices, one at a time, one day at a time, until they become habits. I also recommend not getting fixated on a number on the scale. Just make good choices, more and more, and you will be a success - daily! Let me know if I can help. All the best!!
