Welcome! Try the tutorial -- there's a HELP button (upper right side of the screen). It has a drop down menu. May help.

Welcome! Take a moment to look at each "Line" from START, MY TRACKERS, COMMUNITY, LEAN, and so on. Each topic is filled with information, articles, and great topics of interest.

I was on SP from 2010-2016, and if you read my page, you will get the story. Now, I am back again, ready to "GET R DONE" and work on a Goal Weight! You do not have to be thin, just HEALTHIER. Be consistent, Learn to LOG WHAT YOU EAT. This is extremely important, because without really knowing, we have No Base to Know WHAT we need to do.

I am, and it takes TIME, but have "input FOOD Nutritional Values" into my Food Tracker. Using the "ENTER FOODS NOT LISTED HERE" again it takes time, but then when I make a recipe, eat a snack, a meal, I know what I am consuming. This makes Me Mindful of my Eating Habits as well.

START SLOW, make ONE CHANGE, One Step at a time, One Day At A Time, and you will make it. I know......you can do it! Good Luck and see you on the threads
