Try swimming, or just get in the water and move around. No stress on joints and etc in the water.

Hi, my name is Crystal. I'm 53 years young and I have three grown individuals and two stepdaughters as well as six grandchildren. I suffer with sciatica and I have both knees replaced. The sciatica makes it hard to find exercises that work effectively but won't leave me hurting and bed ridden afterwards.
