Welcome. Temptation is hard to resist, but it's a lesson we all have to learn. Life is all about making choices.

Keep busy so you're not tempted to snack on sweets.

Keep fresh fruit handy so you have an alternative for snacking.

Stick to your meal plan, and track everything you eat.

Stay active.

Drink lots of water. Often we think we're hungry but it's really thirst. If you want to snack, drink some water and wait 15 minutes. If you still feel hungry, then eat something that's good for you.

If you eat something you don't think you should - then forgive yourself and eat right the rest of the day. Don't ruin the whole day because of one mistake.

Hi I am new n need to loose 100pds. This week comping up is my husband vacation. He loves to eat sweets that I can not have n its so hard. What can I do? I have loss 9 pounds this first week.
