I am an administrative assistant for the school district during the day and work at a convenience/bait store in the evenings/weekends. Walking during my 30 min lunch would certainly be a good option. Thank you!

What kind of work do you do? You can get in extra steps by parking farther away, taking stairs, walking during lunch, etc.

Move more, eat less!

I'm trying to get back into the healthy eating/fitness routine once again. A few years ago I was very successful, but due to personal situations and working two full time jobs it has fallen to the way side. Unfortunately my work load can't be reduced at this time so I am hoping logging my food intake and ANY exercise I am able to get in will at least motivate me to make better choices. Going to the gym or taking an exercise class is not an option currently, hopefully in the future I can add a little more physical activity than just working 70+ hours a week. I look forward to reading all of your success stories!!
