Welcome! First is, look up @ the top of this page, on the right upper corner. You will see the HELP tab. click on that. There is a site tour.

Don't take on too many changes @ once. Pick one or two to work on. Changing a behavior to a habit takes at least 28 days. Then when your desired behavior becomes a habit, you're ready to add more to your goals.

Break up your weight loss goals into manageable increments, whether it is 5 or 10 lbs. @ a time. Less overwhelming. Strive to focus on health vs. weight loss.
