Hi, Becky I have found this app easy to use and very beneficial to me. I like to get a little pep talk each day and I get that by reading the posts. I also like to track my food, it helps me with portion control.

Hi Everyone, I'm Becky, 50 something and very unhappy with my weight. Nothing unusual about me. The whole family is overweight. I think my diet is ok, but then I don't lose anything on the scale. I need to improve the amount of work outs I do. So, just looking for some support, some ideas or suggestions and some challenges. Thanks everyone!
