I'm Amanda. I'll be 51 in a few months and have 100 lbs to lose. I don't even know what my goals are yet except that I need to do something different because what I've been doing just isn't working. I've been really lucky that my weight hasn't terribly impacted my health (yet), but I can feel it coming in my feet, my ankles, my knees. I feel very embarrassed by the weight I've gained (probably 70 lbs over the past four years) and want to change my relationship with food. This site is a little overwhelming, so I'm just trying to take it all in :)
