HI I am Lisa and I am also not new to SP, but new to this team. I have reset my goals (again) and they picked my teams. I have lost 20 lbs in the last 3 months due to new medicine they have me on. I like it, but I need to do more,

Lisa
We can do this together!

Sorry, I joined this team but didn't introduce myself!

I'm 50+ with 60(+) pounds to lose. My doctor says I know what to do from working pretty closely with me for over a year; discussing nutrition and trustworthy sources, seeing my symptoms, tracking my numbers, and testing my physical mobility for almost 2 years. But for some reason, I haven't been able to put that knowledge to work for any sustained length of time. It is time to get out of my head and into new habits.

I am back on Spark after having an aborted start in 2009. I like how easy it is to do things, the crazy things they have you do to keep things interesting, and the SUPPORT of others who are in the fight or have learned, finally, how to keep their weight on the right mark.

Looking forward to your advice and support. I am a good listener if you need an extra ear.

Thankful...Grateful...Joyful...Blessed.

I am not new to SP, but it has been many years. (2 or 3) I have tried other programs and for some reason, I feel drawn to this program more than others. I have recently been diagnosed with Diabetes and am pretty overwhelmed at the moment.

I am fairly new to SparkPeople, trying to find my way around the website, quite different on laptop from my phone. I have lost 27 lbs since May 24th and I would like to lose at least another 50 to 70 lbs. It has been so long since I have been under 200lbs, I don't have any idea if 130 is realistic for me or not.

Hi All, I am new to this team, but not to spark. Hope to get back on track once again and lose a lot of weight. Look and feel better about myself.

Welcome to the team! You are very sensible in setting a reasonable length of time to achieve your goal. Setting interim goals are a great way to stay on track and give you celebration points along the way. All the best!

Hi, I am Flavi, new in this team.
I have known Sparkpeople for a few years but I now want to stick to it and loose 90-98 Pounds in the next 2 years.
I just turned 50 and I realize I just cannot loose all that weight on my own.
I hope to find help here and help others to achieve their goal.
