I'm pretty sure the pound a week will start again. This was not the first round.
Checking out others is a good idea too. There is such a variety of challenges physical and mental.
I have really liked "100 Day Challenge" and will do it again.. There are people at different stages. I believe the leader will announce a restart, if not I will do it on my own and post on the site as the others are doing.

It's a little confusing at first but you catch on. I'm in the same boot as you. 50 plus sitting at my desk. Actually my birthday is tomorrow and I'm turning 53 which is exactly what I want to lose.

Hope I am doing this correctly. I have 50 plus pounds to lose. I have a Fitbit I have been using to get my steps in which is hard because I sit behind a desk all day. looking for challenges and ideas
