In your tracker, select the foods you ate for a meal - say breakfast.

After you have added all the items, click on the button "Create Group" and a new window will pop up.

Type in a name for that meal. Then click on "Save Food Grouping."

That's how it works on the website. I don't use the app, so I don't know if it's different there.

You can also use the Search feature to find what you're looking for on the site. Here is an article for creating a food group.

I am having trouble setting up a new group of foods. I try to follow the steps but can not get to Step 2. I enter the foods I want then I do not see a step 2 button. Directions say to hit the "close" button" I do not see one so I "x" out which closes all that I entered. Do I need an upgrade or something?
