Welcome back and glad you returned. Are you tracking your food? Weighing and measuring? I find those things really help. And with menu planning added in, I know what the week's food will be AND can make my grocery list accordingly. It all helps.

Hi Everyone,
I am 50 years of age and it has been a very long time since I've been a healthy weight. I recently got back into exercising hoping that would get the pounds off but I'm still struggling with the food aspect and I also like my red wine. I think reading about everyone's success and troubles with help keep me motivated.
