It is hard, I know. I haven't even had the courage to get on the scale this last week. Hasn't helped that I've been pretty sick. But I am starting to watch what I eat better, and I hope that next week I can really get back to it.

Just got back from an Hawaiian vacation and boy did I gain weight. It doesn't help that I am on bipolar medication that causes weight gain so I have to be very careful. I am following the Mediterranean diet and staying within the points range here on SparkPeople of 1200 to 1500 calories. So I can't wait to start seeing a difference on my scales. Getting Back in the Saddle Again taking care of myself in the morning. I'm looking forward to it.
