Trying Spark again. I left several years ago because I had so much internet trouble. Spark I'd not for cheap slow internet. I needed an easy way to track food. I really hadn't planned on joining teams this time, since I am only able to get spark on my phone. Decided I would see if team works on phone.

Just joining this group, now that I'm less than 100 pounds away from goal). Not new to Spark, though. I've been a member for years, but, a diligent member for 6+months. Gotta get rid of it once and for all.

Congrats to all who are doing something to get on the path to better health. I am on the path but often wonder off. I am trying to walk every day, not a specific distance for now, just getting out there to move myself. My dogs are happier too.

Hi there, I am new to this team. I want to lose weight and improve Mentally, Physically and Spiritually. I do not like exercising at all, but am going to try and get at least 20 minutes a day. Starting today, I am going to try and change my bad eating habits into good ones. Only time will tell, how good I do.

I am 58 tears old and just got my first pedometer. I am a couch potato so the idea of walking 6000 to 10000 steps a week is crazy. I did it every day this week and even made it to 11000 one day.
