Hello, I'm Annie! I've been a member of SparkPeople before and have rejoined today.

I am all ready to start, got a 7 day menu planned, 1500 calories average per day, no added sugar, sweeteners, or snacks. My exercise is just walking at the moment. I want to start including other types of exercise soon though.

I am not starting until Saturday 11th as I am away this week. I will be doing some walking while I'm away, and the meals won't be huge, so I don't expect to put on any weight. Who knows, I may even come back lighter.

My weight today was 15 stone 2 (212 pounds). My goal is 10 stone 10 (150 pounds)

I am English, 5'6" tall, 53 years old, happily married, with no children or pets (although I used to have a dog)

I enjoy reading, gardening, cooking, watching films, listening to music, playing scrabble, doing sudoku, and knitting.

I've also made a "101 things to do in 1001 days list". I'll be starting that when I get back too. I've put it on my first blog.
