Hello, Everyone,

I'm not new to SP, but it has probably been 5 or more years since I've been active on the site. Have explored other fitness strategies over the years, but need to revert back to behaviors that were sustainable and didn't rely on gimmicks or programs. I know what to do and want to do it in a supportive, informative environment! Looking forward to seeing how 2017 goes!!
