Walking is a great form of exercise! I walk every day, even if its just for 30 minutes sometimes.

Welcome back BFit!

Will - I'm starting a new walking programme tomorrow - 1.5 hours each day - Joyce Meyer said she did this for 6 months, walked 950 miles and lost 17 pounds just by making this one change.

I am not new to this program either and want to make progress this year. I have lost a little weight but not even close to what I want and need to lose. I want to lose 90 lbs. and still have 89.6 to go. Not very good. This has got to be the year of success. I have a sick husband and am his caregiver so that makes things more difficult but I can't use that as an excuse. I am going to try to focus and get back to my exercise program. I am not a fan of winter so it makes my exercise more difficult but plan to start my Walk Away the Pounds right after the first of the year. Thanks for listening.

I am not new to Sparkpeople but have been away far too long. I look forward to the motivation and inspiration I find here and wish the best for all of trying to find our way out 50-99 pounds to lose group.
