Well, you came back here and that's step #1. I am sorry you have recurring pneumonia. That has to be so difficult to deal with constantly. But take a step @ a time. Maybe chair exercises would be a good start? And tracking your nutrition. Just 2 ideas.

I'm not sure how long I have been a SparkPeople member but I have never stuck to any of my goals ... I have had recurrent pneumonia, which saps strength and willpower ... ongoing fatigue ... all are my excuses as I have managed to get my weight up to 200 pounds (I think I was about 170 when I joined the first time). Will I do it this time?

I have pneumonia AGAIN (yes, I did get the vaccination) yet know I can set some healthy habits in place all the same. Where should I start?
