Welcome back and I totally agree w/Linn. Any movement works. ANY. So, walking, even 10 minutes . . . it's a start. HUGS

There is no nut exercise! any movement you can do helps! dancing, laps around the office or parking lot are all a great start. Take baby steps and move more as you can. emoticon

Hi there, I am back. Been a few years since I did Spark. But I feel I need the support again. I am recovering from knee surgery and do to go back to work on December 19th. I am not an exerciser, never have been but need to change that. Time is tight as I work very hard and my job is stressful. Gyms scare me as I am close to 300 lbs and very self-conscious. Both knees are bad and I have asthma. I just need to burn calories. Is dancing around at home like a nut exercise? How about laps around the office or parking lots? I have a pedometer so maybe that would be a good start? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Marcie
