Hello, Bonnie, we are here for you. We are all in this boat together. I have been at the same weight now for several years, and I really need to see that scale number start to go down. My biggest problem is late-night eating. If I can get that under control I might just have a fighting chance. Do you know what your biggest stumbling blocks are for weight loss? Trying to identify them might help you lose some pounds.
