Hey Tenatht by theMy problem has always been not eating enough calories. My metabolism is so messed up! When I quit smoking I craved fast food and sugar and since I worked in a store that had a mcdonalds in it I really packed it on. Not craving smoke anymore thankfully. I have been weaning off medication and it's truly horrible can barely walk straight sometimes, always feeling
Sick so I can relate to what you're going through. There are so many things doctors don't understand. Google vitamin deficiency... Could be something like that?? I hope your appointment went well?. I just saw your message. Seems I posted this wrong.

1st. week done, tomorrow is my weigh in, and I hope that I see good results on my scale. I have made a few changes already and keeping track of my calories and nutrition too. Taking one day at a time.

Hey, Candleberry, do you have a starting plan to try to lose some weight? I've been at my same weight for several years now. I know you are trying to cope with having quit smoking. My struggle is I feel sick like I have the flu just all the time. My doctors are getting tired of me because I'm not getting better! So tomorrow I make an appointment with an infectious disease specialist and see if they can help. Feeling sick makes it hard for me to exercise, so for now I have to focus on eating right. So at the present I am taking baby steps, and trying to make sure I eat my veggies every day. I figure if I eat veggies several times a day, then that is like avoiding or replacing something less healthy and more caloric. Anyway, that's my game plan for now, hope to hear back from you.

Hi. I'm so glad to be here! I have been surfing around and pressing buttons.... Like to try things but hate reading the directions. Hope I don't damage anything along the way. This year I have quit smoking, quit my job and gained about 50 lbs without even trying. Feel very unhealthy and this is my start to getting on track. Cheers.
