I have had weight problems all my life. Topped out at 287 about 10 years ago and swore to maintain the 213 I dieted down to over the next year. Now I have gained 20 lbs over the years and have failed to keep my promise to myself that I would go back on my diet and exercise program after a short hiatus and lose down to my then target of 145. Now I am finally going after my adjusted goal of 155.
