You found the right place. Take your time to explore the site and all of its features. There is a method to everything here. Do not forget that strength and cardio exercise HAVE to be part of the plan. Even if it is minimal to start. Good luck and stay in contact. You will get lots of support here.

Welcome to the site and the team! There is a lot of support here for you-check out the sparkpoints page under "my trackers" and it will help lead you around. Also check out the videos which are great if you're exercising at home and/or need ideas for seated exercise. I do those along with some walking vides. emoticon

Being over 50 & having to loose 200 lbs is not easy. I have already lost 35 but still have a ways to go. My dietitian recommended this site to help me loose the weight. I really like the nutrition page. It makes me think twice before I eat something because I have to record it.
