Welcome Pam!

I have been known to be a nibble. Little bits all the time--plus meals. I wouldn't always even know if I was hungry or not. Then feel just bloated and miserable by bedtime.

So I am really trying hard to log every bite I eat. Eat meals. Think about my snack before I just start nibbling on stuff. I am trying really hard to make good choices and meet my goals for 2 weeks--with no weight loss expectations. (But of course I want weight loss). emoticon

I have been successful through week one and started week two today.

I like to eat, I like my plate full !!!!

and sometime I like to nibble :)

On nibbling, I get a watermelon cut off the rine and cut it into sticks, I bag these in ziploc bags, I go 800 grams per bag (200 calories) log it when I start and nibble for a long time, I also make stick from zucchini, bell peppers, daikon, jicama, and any other vegetable I want

lots of stuff to eat. - but it's not chocolate :) 9 dark chocolate kisses are 180 calories, I put 9 of them in a dish, log it, and eat one when I want

A crock pot full of vegetables, two pounds, is only 200 calories - add 2 T-spoons of fat, and it becomes 440 calories so no added fat for me, do you use fat when frying? I bet you do not measure it, half a cup of cooking oil becomes a 1/3 of a pound of fat, my butt is big enough - instead of butter of salad dressing I use tomatoes of cucumbers on my sandwich

one size does not fit all, these are things that work for me

I am ready to face me food demons and get healthy with people going through the same things I am going through. I am an emotional eater who eats little bits all day long so at the end of the day I have consumed way to many calories. Would love to hear from others with this issue and how you manage it.
