BENJIGIRL50 Welcome I have only been on the site for a couple of months and it DOES work. I recently went to visit my daughter in Alaska and so was on the road a lot. I was worried about the weight gain but because of the things I have learned and the healthy habits I started I only gained a pound and believe me there was a LOT of temptation and opportunities. It was just easier to do what I needed to to get and stay healthy. Good Luck and Welcome. WE are all about support. emoticon

Thank you all for all your welcomes and advice..in just 2 days I have learned a great deal and I hope to learn more about nutrition.. fitness.. and to hang in there and never give up. I have ordered the spark book can't wait to get it and read it..

No problem! I'm still trying to figure out lots of stuff on this site - the nutrition tracker just happened to be the one thing I started with so I knew the carbs were on there, but I'm sure there is still stuff I don't know about the tracker!

There are really good tutorials on this site too - just click on the help button if you get stuck and need a quick answer.

For carb counter, go to "my tools" tab on upper-ish left hand side of page. From the drop down window, select "my nutrition." From there, you can track your food and the nutrition tracker automatically calculates calories, carbs, fat and protein. There are additional trackers available if you want to track sodium or sugar for example, but the basics include carbs.

JUST TRYING TO LEARN HOW TO USE ALL THIS STUFF AND KNOWING FROM ALL THE POST I HAVE READ THAT IT DOES WORK..IT HAS TO WORK FOR ME.. I AM GOING TO GIVE IT MY BEST SHOT..
