Hi and welcome. Drinking is important & any liquid that is calorie & sodium free is great. Water is certainly the best but I get nauseated when doing more than sipping water. Flavoring really helps.

Welcome and what every one has said is great advice. I use diet green tea on the go. I can shake it in my water at work. I don't mind the taste of water, but sometimes I want something different. Lemon, lime is great in water as well.

You can drink herd tea or green tea instead.

Squeeze a little lemon or lime in your water. I also drink decaf tea and count that as water. For me, nothing caffeinated, though. That is dehydrating.

Hi everyone,
I'm going into my second week and am getting used to the foods I must eat at each meal. The hardest part for me is drinking enough water. I don't really like the taste of water but I worked up to 5 glasses a day. Any suggestions?
