Glad you chose to join us. Stay focused and take small steps to reach your goals. Too much too soon can lead to frustration and disappointment.

Check out the Nutrition Tracker. An awesome tool that keeps you aware of your calories and other nutrients day to day. Replace soda and juice with water to get going on your 8 cups a day. Adding exercise to your day helps burn calories and energize you, even if only 10 minutes at a time.
