Welcome to the team! I would suggest losts of water, fruits & vegetables and thinking of this as a lifestyle change and not a diet. It will be less restrictive that way and save you some stress. There is so much info on this site and much encouragement with this team so stay involved and set smaller attainable goals to get you on your way!

After I had my second son, I never lost the extra weight I'd gained. I have spent the last 22 years raising my children and have neglected myself. Now that one son has graduated from college and my second is beginning his second year of college, I AM READY to focus on ME. I need to lose weight and I know how important support is. My husband is supportive but doesn't know how to help since he weighs virtually the same weight as when he was in college. I need help creating better eating and life habits. I tend to sabotage myself and exercise very little self-discipline. Please HELP!
