Thanks so much Kathleen. I've joined two teams and have been replying to some other message boards, but since I have to take it slower especially to start, I think two is enough for the time being. I received 20 messages today so far and I don't want to not respond to people who have taken the time to be interested in my journey.

emoticon to the team. Glad your doctor knows about this and gave you his blessings. Mine had no idea what I was talking about and said if I am exercising and watching what I am eating then it was a good thing.

Look at this as a life style change, and what you will learn will help you live a healthier life and enjoy activities.

My doctor gave me clearance today as long as I take it slow and don't overdue so I'm excited to start the program officially tomorrow.

I did commit to two of the goals listed so look forward to getting to know all of you and crossing the finish line together!
