Hi, my name is Donna and I decided to join Spark for encouragement as I take this needed journey to lose wait and be and feel well again. I had a health challenge in 2008 and overcame that now i need to continue my journey to wellness. Sharing with others is a great way to stay focused and I also want to help others along my personal journey. I want to lose 50 lbs slowly and sensibly. I do like to exercise but need to be consistent.
