Welcome to the Team. There are many of us who are singing the same song as you, maybe in different keys, maybe slightly different verses--but the refrains are the same!

I put my mental foot down last June, and said NO MORE. Joined Sparks, and haven't looked back. It works for me. The online community is so supportive and well-spoken, and there's always someone there to answer questions or commiserate with you.

I am new to this site. But I really like it already. I am 61 so it is not easy to lose weight. I try to work out three times a week or more. But if I can get in 3x, I am lucky. I have always been a 113 most of my life but with being post menopausal the extra body fat and pounds just keep coming. Its a stuggle these days just to maintain at 129.

Hopefully, being a part of this site and group will help me reach my goals.
