You're doing just fine! I can see lots of posts, and you have some really good blogs too.

Hope you've sussed out a team challenge or two, but I can see you're really into the communication so you'll get plenty of support - and the occasional push if you want one.

Must be fun with the tots in the house - but exhausting too! No worries about getting enough exercise!

Thanks..I am getting better..I do not usually have a lot of trouble learning my way around, but for some reason I have been lately..either with the site, or by the fact that I have 2 one year olds 'helping'

Pick just one achievable challenge to start with. They'll vary as to how you record them. Often it's by posting in the thread where the challenge was started. Or you might find you need to add it as an "other goal" and track it there.

Posting, even if just to chat, and joining challenges will keep you motivated and help you on the journey. But don't feel you HAVE to do anything, and don't try and take too much on at once. It's easy to get overloaded and then you spend too much time at the computer and not enough at the gym!

If you join goals at the bottom of your team page-you can log those goals on your other goals page under my tools at the top of the page.

Otherwise you can just reply to the threads on your teams.

I am confused about what I am to do, where I am to post what, etc, on teams. I can do what I am doing and reply, but when there is a specific challenge, weigh-in etc, I don't know what to do where. Any help for me?
