Before 40 was the time when all I had to do was stop eating junk and I would lose 10 lbs, When I think about those days I don't remember being grateful(I repent)

Because I am emotionally "irregular" (what a way with words I have emoticon ) I really have not made progress since dropping out of the 160s in December. My numbers float up and down inside 155 and 159. Except for one day when it said 154. That was a fluke.

I am outa here to get the meds updates and then walk. Then the rest of the world that is crashing in my mind against my ears will either have subsided or gets all of my attention.

(The work on tearing up my yard did not happen today as NEEEEEEDED.)

Slow is good. I'm losing about 2 pounds a month, but is steady and staying off. Keep up the good work.

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) fruit or veggie with each meal
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile

It's beautiful here as well, and yes the weather makes you want to try harder
I am like you, weight 162 and want to loose 25 more pounds, seems so much harder as you get older. I keep going back to the Spark and you're right, it's helpful.

It is a beautiful day here today. I think the weather helps to motivate me to work out. I need to lose 25 more pounds and have been using the Spark pages to help keep me on track. My progress is slow, but I am getting on the right track. I think the Spark site is a great site and very helpful.
