I get motivation by reading the success stories, if they can do it then I can!

PS: getting into smaller clothes is also great

Every day I am on the verge of making slight changes that would make all the difference in my life.

One day I won't be able to do this, but today is not that day

I get my motivation from looking in the mirror and seeing the hard won results. I also get lots of motivation reading the Sparks blogs, pages, emails and threads!

Let's keep on Spark-ing!

What a beautiful quilt. It's hard to keep up even when you are healthy but it's great fun. Have a wonderful day tomorrow.

I find spring is a great motivator. Try taking a nice walk in the sunshine, then start walking further.

Well just admit it, you are normal. The winter did us all in one way or another. You took the first step now just do it. Make yourself a plan and follow it...I know you can do it.
