Welcome David! Congrats on quitting smoking. That accomplishment is HUGE - I have been smoke free for 21 months. As far as getting healthy, you have definitely come to the right place! Congrats on quitting smoking. That was the toughest part. Now just start recording what you eat and getting that exercise.

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) fruit or veggie with each meal
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile

I quit smoking last March and put on a little weight. It all went to my belly. I am going to get flatter abs. Diet and exercise are the keys. Exercise and diet should help my elevated bp, 150/90.
