Yes balanced, healthy and portion control is a key that I have learned. There is so much to help from this site. When you follow the steps (stages) set up for you it works, did for me!

Hello-
Found this site which was reccommended on another site. So I am checking it out. I am trying to lose 20 pounds and you would think it was 200 pounds, I do not have the discipline I used to have when it come to eating less calories.
It helps when I can track my daily calories. So this type site is good. On no specifice regimented diet...just balanced healthy and less calories.
