I've been on spark for several yrs, active in blc challenge teams, but haven't been on this one. My weight has been all over the place. Being over 40 (I'm 44) and trying to lose weight is no joke! Looking to be more active on the challenge teams in effort to hold myself more accountable. emoticon

I am new to the team after about three years but two and a half years of not working out. I started four weeks ago to lose weight. First I started with my eating habits. And then we joined a gym and after two weeks in the gym along with eating prepped foods I have lost 9 lbs.

Hi there! I'm Tammy (Tam is just fine!) and I've been an on again off again Sparker since 2007. I had great success at first but fell off the wagon (and it's been a YEARS long struggle ever since). I've re-started my program, changed my screen name to give myself some motivation, and decided to give Premium a shot. I'm hoping that it helps me to stay accountable and gives me some much needed support.
