Michelle, it sounds like you are making excellent progress to me. Good on you!!!!

Annasmom12, I do that as well. I have 4 500ml tupperware drinking bottles. I drinknat least 3 at home and I have another at work. I try to empty the one at work at least once - if not twice a day. :)

They say that diet pop is the worse thing to drink, This what i do, i put out 5 bottles water a day on my counter, and i get all but the 5th one drank. and i dont eat alot candy any more. And dont pop any more.

Hello all!
I am cleverly 49 and have 70 pounds to get rid of!
I regained all my weight and am starting over, again.
But I am in a good headspace so not feeling too bad about regaining.
I had two hospitalizations in Dec and am just now getting back to walking. I am up to twenty minutes a day but the frustrating thing is that I was walking 10-12 miles a day just last year! But refusing to feel sorry for myself, but it is amazing what an injury (bursitis in my bursa) and depression can lead to.
But I am on the other side now, taking new antidepressants which are working and slowly increasing my step count every day.
My bad is cheese and sugar, going to try to limit them starting today but the good news is that I have begun since Jan 1, 2019 to add fruits and veggies to my diet but have still been indulging in high fat and sugary treats lately:( must work on that next.
Baby steps really is all I can manage right now.
