Hello and welcome, I am fairly new to the team also on my third week back to sparks after not using the site for a couple of years. I realized that I just may do better with a team and community to help this time around. Gratz on your son graduating soon.

Hello I'm new to this team but not to spark people. I'm a single mom and I have about 70 pounds to lose. I set my goals to short term goals so they can be justified and reachable. I have 18 year old son who is graduating form high school. I'm looking forward to meeting new people and just want to have support in my life journey. emoticon
