Welcome back! Great mindset about not doing this overnight. I always advise people to make small changes and build from that. You can do this!!

For sure you can do it! I returned...for the third time, just over a year ago. As ALLTHECUPCAKES says, it is the small changes that are the key. Start small - even your goals, break down into micro-goals. It is so encouraging to make progress, and cheer yourself when you do. Not to lose sight of the big picture, but it's the little goals that move you closer to the big one. TRACK TRACK TRACK! It is key. You may think you know what you're eating, but I was shocked at how oversized my portions were. I also got a Fitbit and made myself get those 10,000 steps a day - I was also shocked at how inactive I was! It is worth every bit of effort you put into it - its for yourself, and you will thank yourself over and over as you reach your little goals and start to reap the benefits of it!

Hello there. I've been away and doing... nothing much. I've re-started my exercise program, committed to going to the gym more often. I'm currently sitting at 210lbs and would like to get down to about 150. I don't plan on doing this overnight, but I do plan on doing it!

So, hello again, and I hope to return with more frequency.
