So this is my third attempt to live a healthier lifestyle using SparkPeople. When I use it, it really helps, but then I tend to stop using it and fall back into old habits.

I'm starting at 250 pounds and want to lose 50 pounds by the end of October. Other goals include reducing my triglyceride levels and glucose levels. I have type 2 diabetes and my A1C is currently at 8.6.
