Welcome to the group! Ditto to everything Tammy said. This site has so much to offer. I have learned so much about nutrition and exercise on here.

My biggest advice to people is to start with small changes and build from there.

Definitely start tracking your food. This will give you a great idea of where you are now and what changes you can start making. I never realized how many calories I was eating a day.

Take your time and get to know the site. If you feel you're comfortable with it enough, start slowly. You don't want to dive in headlong! Baby steps are key.

Be sure to stop into your teams and post. That will help you stay accountable! The teams are a great tool when you need an extra boost of confidence, want to share your accomplishments, or need a swift kick in the rear to get you moving!

Track your food daily so you know where those calories are coming from, and do your best to stay within your range. Once you feel you're ready, add your exercise. DON'T overdo it!!! Start slow and work your way up. Your body will let you know if it's too much for you.

Don't be afraid to pop in here and post if you're struggling or have questions!
