I am not happy with my scale either. If I am happy with the way I look or the way something fits...I stay off the scale for a while emoticon emoticon

My husband was just saying how he was 2 lbs heavier (then his "norm") a couple of days ago, and now he is a pound lighter (a swing of 3 lbs. in 3 days). So don't get discouraged...maybe you just have heavy hair today. emoticon

Well, I got up this morning, thinking that I'd have lost more, but no - instead I put on some weight. Now, logically, I know two things. 1) my exercise is making muscle, which weighs more (shoot, I can even see that!) and 2) my scales have been messing up, which is why a new set has been ordered.

BUT I AM STILL TICKED!!! emoticon
