Welcome IRISHBNG,

If you are not seeing progress with all your changes, I'd recommend two things to try.

1) Use the nutritional and fitness trackers. Try measuring your food to reaffirm just how much you are actually eating.

2) Measure your body, On your start page there is a weight and measurement area to record. You may well be making changes that you just haven't realized. The tape measure can be your friend when you are toning up your body.

I'm just like you - I've been stalled on my weight loss for several weeks, and have decided to be serious from this time on in my loss efforts. Spark has all you need to do it - exercise, nutrition, and best of all, friends! emoticon

Hello! I am stay at home mom of five kids and have been struggling with an extra 35 pounds of weight for the past five years. During the past six weeks, I have made healthy life style changes including eating healthier and a power walking program; however, I have not had any weight loss success. As a result of my continued struggle, I decided to join Sparks to track my progress and to seek guidance and support to help rid the extra pounds.
