Nutrition is my biggest problem too. I love the sweets. I'm trying to eat fruit instead to solve my cravings.

Welcome to the team MDEWALK. I too have struggled but ever since I found SP I am motivated once again and having success. I strongly recommend that you use the tools that are available...they have done wonders for me. Good luck to you and stay positive. You CAN do this!

Hi All, I'm new. Hoping this helps me to drop some pounds. I love to work out, but obviously that isn't enough, so i need to change my eating habits. I have to admit I am very frustrated at this point, so hopefully I'm on the right track.
