Good luck and let us know how your journey has been! Puerto Rico here you come! :)

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

It took more than a day to put it on. It will take more than a day to take it off. Move and stay the path.

The only way you will see real results is to stay consistent.

Hi guys,

I have begun this trek, because initially I have signed up to do disaster relief in March of 2019 in Puerto Rico. I live in Northeast Ohio and love the cold and cool weather. In my mind I weigh 275 the scale says 340. In my mind I am physically able to do what I did when I was 16 working with my step dad on our ranchette in S.E. Oklahome in reality, I am a long way from digging 12 post holes and setting cedar logs in them in 2 or three hours now. I have a sedentary job, and I don't exercise, or didn't at least a day ago. Just turning 38, I realize life is just go to get harder if I don't do something. Today is that day.

Out of difficulties grow miracles.
