Hello!

Not sure if anyone still comes to this group or not, but if any one does, I'm here to say hello to everyone. My name is Bridget, I'm in the my early 30s and have been to SparkPeople before a handful of years ago, but never really got into it. I'm here trying it again and so far everything is good. I'm in my beginning stages of making big lifestyle changes towards being a more healthy person, but once I really get in gear, workout buddies and work out/menu planning and cooking meet ups are totally my style.
