Hi Everyone. I have over 100 lbs to lose. I haven't picked and exact number yet because that will be determined as I get closer to where I want to be. 100 pounds would put me back to where I had gotten before my injury, so I figure that is a good starting point. I tried losing weight last year, but my efforts didn't last because I felt discouraged from pain rather quickly.
This year, I have my pain managed much better, and I am determined to get back to being myself. I don't want to miss another summer of hiking and doing things outside like I used to.
If you look at my page, you will see a much smaller goal than what I mentioned. The reason I have my goal broken into smaller goals is so I don't feel overwhelmed by such a large number.
