Hello and welcome to the team, it sounds like you are doing an awesome job, are you working out? and if so has it helped with your depression?

There are so many things that can affect how you feel and sometimes even just eating the wrong foods will make you feel that way! Keep up the great job be sure to join in and get more involved it seems to help me stay on track.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Hi there! My name is Janelle and I'm new (again) to sparkpeople. 3 yrs ago I weighed over 362lbs and was suffering from debilitating depression and anxiety. I didn't leave my house for two years and I was eating myself to death. Well, since that time I have lost 110lbs. I still have 90-100lbs left to lose but I am loving every minute of it and have dedicated my life to showing others that if I can and AM doing it then they can too. Anything is possible and you can reach your goals, just don't.give.up!
Beachbody is a company I truly believe in and they have changed my life. They gave me the tools and programs to reach my goals with strength and empowerment and now as a coach I want to equip others with the tools to achieve their goals.

I hope to meet lots of people here and we can take/continue our journey together!

Feel free to add me - I love making new friends! :)
