I have been slowly waking up myself to the reality of things and a few months ago I had a scare (thought I might have been having a heart attack) Oh..btw...I am 38 and my starting weight was 333...Anyway, I have a 19 y.o. daughter who's disabled and it made me think that I have to get healthy not just for myself but for my daughter.

God is my strength!

NOTE: My weight loss ticker is done up for shorter goals and once reached will change goal weight again.

Hello and welcome to the team, you can do it, just make some small goals and work on getting them accomplished as you get better with them just add another step and keep moving up the ladder. Before long you will be making great progress.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

emoticon I am a almost 40 year old mommy, nurse, wife, and daughter. I found out at couple of weeks ago that my first husband (he was 40 too) died and that just sent my mind realing. I want to live a long healthy life to watch my little girl grow up. She is only five and the thought of not being her to watch her grow up kills me. I am making changes in my life for me so I can be here for her.
